Charlie Stripp
DirectorCharlie has been the NCETM’s Director since 2013. He represents the NCETM nationally and internationally and often presents at conferences and events. He is also Chief Executive of MEI.

Director for School and Professional DevelopmentWith over 20 years’ experience in secondary maths, Nicola leads a team which designs programmes to develop those who teach maths, those who lead on school development, and the communities of local leaders of mathematics education (LLME) working in Maths Hubs.

Jen Shearman
Director for Evaluation and ImpactJen has led on all evaluation work since joining the NCETM in 2017. She trained as a maths teacher before moving into Initial Teacher Education and leading an MA in Education. Jen’s Doctoral research explored teacher viewpoints of mastery.
